• Horde Registry: To participate in tracking objectives, tiers, or launch events, you may be required to submit information including your name, email address, and external account connection status.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for the security of any local access tokens or sessions associated with your participation.

2. Third-Party Integrations and Services

Our platform interfaces directly with third-party networks, including but not limited to Discord, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Independent Terms: Your use of those networks is strictly governed by their respective developer policies and user agreements.
• Data Flow: We act strictly as a processing pipe via automated tools (such as webhooks and integration engines). We are not responsible for modifications, API lockouts, connection drops, or service disruptions originating from these external networks.

3. Automated Tier Tracking & Objectives

• Simulation and Logistics: Any tiers (e.g., Vikingr, Karl, Berserker, Drengr), achievement tracking, or registration logs are automated data processing steps based on the connection inputs you provide.
• No Guarantees: While we strive for real-time accuracy via our integration backend, we do not warrant that data transmission to connected spreadsheets, notification logs, or external channels will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Bypass, override, or attempt to force-inject data payloads directly into our webhook endpoints or backend infrastructure without using the intended user interface.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or script sequences that disrupt the stability of our application endpoints or host environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, its creators, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, API access, or system uptime resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or these Terms at any time without prior notice to match updating API protocols or developer frameworks. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
